This bread bag is the perfect storage of bread for the staunchest sourdough bread maker. When you put the sourdough bread in a plastic bag, the bread crust becomes soft & doughy. In the bread bag it keeps its crunchy crust. The bag is beautiful both for serving & storing. its made in unwashed linen, at its first wash it will gain its coarse washed linen feeling. The bag is sewn to after wash fit a half a normal large levain & will shrink about 5-10%. Ribbon is made of eco-cotton.
