Cutting Board, Round
$45.00
Untreated birch wood cutting board, pretty enough to double as a serving tray for company. For optimal durability, a new cutting board should be treated before use. First, wipe board with a clean, dry cloth. Then apply a good amount of cooking oil. Repeat 3-5 times until the surface feels saturated & no longer absorbs oil. Do this every so often to prevent the board from cracking. If and when the surface starts to feel worn out, take a fine sandpaper & sand the surface lightly. Oil again afterwards. Wash board by hand after use. Rinse under cold & then hot water. If necessary use a mild detergent & then wipe dry. Never clean in dishwasher or leave in sink to soak.
