Please note: Enamelware may chip if dropped, revealing the steel beneath. This oxidizes and remains safe for food use (while also adding a little extra unique character to your set).Enamelware is a coated metal, do not use in microwave. Oven safe up to 530F, dishwasher safe, freezer friendly, suitable for gas & electric hobs. PTFE & PFOA free (chemically safe). Lemon juice can remove stubborn stains, such as tea. Soaking in warm soapy water will remove baked on food, but avoid using abrasive sponges or brushes, as this may scratch the surface. We recommend our hard working copper cleaning cloths for stubborn spots.

About the Merchant
Falcon Enamelware | Birmingham, England, UK | Est. 1921
Since the 1920’s Falcon enamelware has been an icon of British home life. Originally manufactured in the Black Country area near Birmingham, England. Joe Kleiner & Sons created the original enamelware brand. Falcon’s blue-rimmed ice-white enamelware has been a smart-looking and hard-wearing presence in British kitchen life since the 1920s. Enamelware is porcelain fused onto heavy-gauge steel. Which means that it is durable, does not burn and will not break if (when) you drop it. Since 2011, Falcon has expanded its range to include more sizes, designs and, most intriguingly, colors.
