Extra-wide indoor room broom. Non-threaded, so handle attachment merely pushes vs. ‘screws’ in. Hand-crafted from oiled beechwood and horsehair. Do not push the broom with force, but pull it to conserve the hair. On occasion you can wash and comb the horsehair, to maintain the quality of sweeping and to remove dirt. Please always store the broom hanging! Compatible with Redecker broom handle model number 1020. Made in Germany. Measures 40cm wide, a full foot wider than the standard models.

This beautiful, all natural horse hair broom made with FSC certified wood comes in at a hardy 16” wide for large open spaces that need to be swept in 1/2 the time. Dust & dirt is a magnet to the natural horse hair, gently sweeping floors & removing dirt.
The brush hairs may be cleaned with our using lukewarm water with mild detergent or shampoo; rinse thoroughly and dry naturally away from direct heat then comb the hair before storing flat or suspended from a hook.
