Enameled Iron Frying Pan, Black 8”

$75.00

The woodcutter’s pan is a classic item from our product range and is a real eye-catcher in any kitchen. It gets its rustic-sounding name from its simple yet attractive wooden handle. Perfect for classic egg dishes, rustic gnocchi, stroganoff, stir fry, and more. This smaller-sized pan can also be used to serve the food and is a visually beautiful piece of cookware that draws attention to your dish when you place it on the table. Thanks to the brass ring at the end of the handle, the pan can be hung up, as well as stacked, for storage. The woodcutter’s pan from RIESS is a great option for frying and then serving food directly from the pan, and it ensures that there is a great atmosphere at the dining table. Also great to use for serving, leaving less to clean up. As the pan has a wooden handle, please make sure that you only hand-wash it and do not put it in the dishwasher. Should the wooden handle begin to look worn down, rub some oil into it.
Enamel is made from iron fused with glass at high temperatures, therefore it’s made from natural raw materials. Recyclable and produced via C02-neutral production in Austria, all Riess products are produced in adherence with rigorous sustainability standards. Our enamel cookware is suitable for use with all types of cookers (gas, electric, ceramic, induction and even open flame). Thanks to the iron core, the heat is conducted quickly and is then retained. This ensures sustainable, energy-efficient cooking. The non-porous, smooth, glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene, as it’s flavor-neutral, prevents bacteria growth and is easy to clean. When used and cared for properly, our enamel cookware can maintain its function and appearance for years.
